Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is proud to provide grants and maintain relationships with a wide variety of organizations focused on supporting military Service Members and their families.

Apply for Funding
Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation is always interested in learning about new opportunities to work with organizations creating measurable, positive change for military Service Members and their families.
To apply for a grant, organizations must meet the following requirements:

Applicants must be a public charity with tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (organization financial statement and 501(c)(3) certification must be uploaded with the application)

The applicant organization/program must have a clear charitable purpose
The Foundation Board meets three times annually to review grant applications. Applicants will be notified accordingly regarding the Board’s decision. Please note organizations are limited to one grant application per calendar year.

Honoring Our Heroes
Some of the most meaningful work completed by Balfour Beatty Communities Foundation, has been the development and dedication of memorials honoring the brave men and women who lost their lives in modern day conflicts. Located at Fort Bliss (Texas) and Fort Carson (Colorado), these memorials pay lasting tribute to these soldiers and offer a place for visitors to reflect and honor the ultimate sacrifice they have made.

our fallen heroes of WWI, WWII, the Vietnam War, Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn and Operation Enduring Freedom for the
4th Infantry Division.

The Field of Honor Memorial, paying lasting
tribute to Soldiers of Fort Bliss who lost their lives during Operations Iraqi Freedom, Enduring Freedom and New Dawn, was unveiled. Plaques with their names inscribed rest majestically on
its curved granite wall.
